The ArtistPublishers online shop is run, by Cornflower Limited and, as such, any payments on your credit card statement will appear as 'Cornflower Limited'

PAYMENT

Payment for products ordered is through Sage Pay (formerly known as Protx), a secure payment provider used by many leading e-commerce sites.

DELIVERY

Carriage to UK destinations is charged at £2.95 for Royal Mail delivery, regardless of order size, with courier delivery available at extra cost.  For all other overseas destinations, there is a single carriage charge of £12.00 - please select the relevant shipping option on checkout.

A signature may be required on courier delivery, so please provide an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery during the working day.  When signing for goods, please check the parcel to confirm there is no visible damage in transit, before accepting.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order should be delivered within 5 working days of ordering for UK destinations, for overseas destinations, this may be slightly longer, and we will contact you with an estimated shipping time prior to despatch in this case.

If you do not receive your order by this time, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you need to return your goods for refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, by telephone on 0844 880 4540 or by email at artistpublishers@cornflower.co.uk.  We will then give you a Returned Goods Authorisation Number (RGAN).  Goods are returned at your cost, and we will refund any postage charges if the return is due to faulty goods.  We reserve the right not to offer a refund if you have not contacted us for a RGAN before shipping the goods back.
